When we got to see him at that pool party shirtless we immediately thought our buddy who 2 months ago was completely unnoticed had been secretly hiring personal trainer to stun all us in the summer: he sported ripped six-pack abs, he had slim waist, V-shaped line in the lower abs, chest like those male strippers have, his biceps were stunningly hard and dense in a relaxed state and he had broad masculine shoulders… He was simply visually stunning.

We didn’t even suspect that gaining some ripped muscles and slimming waist down will have such a drastic effect on your physique even if you are not as big as a truck! Wearing designer swim shorts and an equally foxy shirt he was coming off as a Hollywood star shining in the sunshine. All our girls went on asking him how come he transformed regular himself so fast, they were smiling at him and each of them seemed to be willing to get to touch him!

Man, we were so eager to know how he did it. All girls around us were staring at him and some of them kept approaching him to fool around with him! We were surprised to see that techniques that he was describing were the techniques said to be used by Hollywood celebrities, male and female strippers, fitness models – all those people who need that Brad Pitt look! He got that section over there exactly about celebrity fitness and workouts used by Brad Pitt, Leonardo Di Caprio, Talor Luanter, Ryan Kwentin… Also, when we got to read hundreds of comments about how a lot of guys manage to gain muscle and become lean and ripped with Rusty’s techniques in a real world and get much more than from the more expensive programs, we got really inspired and excited. We were already ready to shell out any amount of money for this program to get our new body!

Having paid before several different personal trainers well over 300 bucks for several personal sessions, on the Fitness Black Book we were exposed to the much better information and it was free! (consider the Abs Blueprint course which was meant to sell for 27 and then 47 USD but Rusty decided to give it away for free here).

Our buddy assured us it was safe to pay on that site and that we could use our PayPal account without showing our credit card information we just bought it.

What struck me is that there was a lot of top-notch information explained in such a way it felt we could do it starting the same day.

Visual Impact Muscle Building Review – Secrets Of Celebrities Trainers Used in the Program.

To understand the philosophy of the visual impact program we went to check this post on Rusty’s blog: Main Mistake When it Comes to Building Muscles.(It’s about how gaining 10 pounds of lean muscles on biceps, chest and shoulders is better than gaining 20 pounds on legs, butt and waist).

Basically Rusty explains everything in the entertaining videos over on his site. His program has 3 phases:

Phase 1 – muscle liquid boosting for maximum size and mass (he openly and free explains it in his videos!)

Phase 2 – transition phase to prepare muscles for phase 3.

Phase 3 – phase for developing definition, tone to acquire lean and dense muscles. This phase also makes muscles very strong without promoting excess size (advanced stuff that Rusty says he learned from Special Forces trainer).

The great thing about this visual impact program is that it is very flexible – you can use only phase 1 for as much time as you want for getting maximum size and mass, you can jump straight to phase 3 for maximum hardness and definition if you are big as well and you can use this phase longer. If you don’t want definition and want just as much size as possible you can just use mass gaining phase 1 of the visual impact workouts.

The thing about this program is what I have never heard or read anywhere before – you can gain a lot of strength without adding size if you want! That means that it is possible to not only look great without bulky rounded puffy freaky bodybuilding look but be VERY strong at that!

Another great thing about this program is that you can use any piece of weight lifting equipment you can imagine. Rusty explains scientific principles behind his approach right in the videos on the site, in a simple language so that you have confidence using it. Man, I love it:)

Then,  what I also like about the program is the information about cardio. He uses non-traditional approach used by celebrities and high profile athletes – High Intensity Training Workouts. I was surprised to learn about them as they are short and was invented for Olympic Athletes! Their effectivness lies in that they create strong post-workout burn which strips you of the fat you may have and they promote preserving muscles. That was refreshing thing to learn.

There is also a con to this fairytale visual impact program – it seems that you can get the maximum effect out of it only in a gym. If you want to produce the same results at home it may be difficult to do even if you have dumbbells, barbells and a bench for pressing. Gym is really preferable. Alas.

There were no attempts to sell us more and he came off as a guy who takes care of you. We even contacted him and posted comments on his blog and he replied and it was really good talking to a real person!

We strongly recommend this program and happy to do so. I love it when I made my girl worry a little bit by transforming myself into the HOT guy. It feels so good, you know, having her proud of me and ready to be a lion protecting her asset:)!
